Module for students of Second High Education Program took place at IBE in January. Students were very active to learn and discuss some topical problems in: «HR Management» (Prof. Tzukanova), «Modern Marketing» (V.Baskakov), «Financial Management» (Prof. V. Zukov) and «Leadership Theory and Team Work Effectivness» (Prof.L.Yakovleva). Professors were very much pleased to hear «Thank you very much» every day in the end of class. Such a feedback is the key factor of Program success. The student’s body age is from 37 to 46. Intensive courses while 2 weeks have demonstrated the high ability to learn quickly and effectively. In the end of second week of study everyone was a bit disappointed "That’s it? " They wanted to continue to come to class again…

More important — the participants came back to their companies with «tonnes» of fresh ideas for top-managers and co-workers. Good luck, Managers of 21 th century!
